Geocache Description:

Like a monument to Toblerone, the sedimentary rock stack known as Blackchurch stands proudly on the North Devon coast.

From the National Trust car park at Brownsham, a gentle woodland walk leads down to Blackchurch and a small shale beach. Ideal for a picnic, rock pooling, exploring or just chilling out! For the more ambitious, the cache can also be accessed via a number of other routes, including the South West Coast Path upon which it is hidden.

The cache, a ½ litre container with a red lid, is located in a natural feature that provides some protection from prying eyes. However, the area can be popular and stealth may be required.
