Geocache Description:

At the Collins Grange. #2 in a series.

On Dec 17, 1928, a Gentleman named O.C. Wisner organized the Collins Grange on this site. On Oct 10, 1932, the Collins Grange #893 was incorporated.

The Collins Grange is one of 284 Granges in the state. The Grange is the world's only fraternal farm-based organization; it is the nation's oldest farm organization serving both producers and consumers. For a huge amount of information about your granges, go to their Website, listed below.

There are events held here on a regular basis. Both Hix 'n' Chix and Bonney Lads N' Lassies offer square dancing classes here. The hall is available for receptions, reunions, and a multitude of other events.
