The Cache is not hidden at the above co-ordinates, which are for the busy A31/A325 Coxbridge Roundabout. Don’t look there.
Welcome to the Bonus Cache for the Farnham Ramble Rally Series. It is located somewhere inside the boundary of the Series, but where? Well, you will just find all the clues as you go around and also find the formula for the co-ordinates which have been split into 4 parts, and are also hidden within other caches in the Series :

No directions this time, it’s up to you. But the suggested parking is somewhere near the University of Creative Arts or Waitrose in Farnham Town Centre. The co-ordinates are shown below.
