This is a Phoon and Easy 2 part cache. In addition to finding the
cache, you will be required to submit your Phoon Photo with your
online log, elstwise, your log will be DELETED!
Cache is a small pill bottle which shouldn't be to hard to find,
BUT You have to post a pic of YOU doing Your Best Phoon pose to claim the smiley!!! Logs with no Phoon pose WILL BE DELETED!
Your Phoon pose should be close to the Virginia Beach City seal on the side of Mt Trashmore. When you pose make sure to have the City Seal in the pic with you!

Do the Phoon right.
Rules for the Phoon pose
Stand sideways to the camera. (A Phoon is always viewed from the side.)
Bend your arms at the elbows. (Look like an athletic runner, not a ballerina.)
Lift your rear elbow (not your hand) so that it is easy to see behind your back.
Lean forward at the waist. This will help you look more
energetic and will help you lift your rear ankle.
Preferably, do not look at the camera and do not smile.
Either arm can be the rear arm. Either leg can be the rear leg.
Advice for the photographer
Add distance between the camera and phooners.
The phooners should not occupy most of the picture unless they are the most interesting detail.
Phoons DO NOT have to be Perfect, BUT Do the Best you can!
Just remember to have some Phoon with this cache!
