Mailbrat: The place is about to change ownership and have not got an answer on whether or not it will be able to remain. I have reluctantly decided to archive this cache. Thanks to all who visited.

The terrain is not bad at all. This should not be too difficult to find. This can be handicap accessible.
This container will have room for small trade items. I started it off with a few items, some personal swag, and a couple of drink tokens. There is plenty of on site parking. I also included unactivated TB tags for the FTF.
This cache was placed with the business owners permission. He knows me quite well. Once you find the cache feel free to go inside and have some good food and drink. If you go in, ask if Buster is there and let him know you are a geocacher. He is curious just how many of us are out there!
