This is a two-phased puzzle. First, find the 14 digit coordinates in the phase 1 set of numbers. Then go to that location and apply the phase 2 pairs of numbers to determine the final cache coordinates. For each phase, when you have the correct numbers there will be no doubt in your mind (well maybe a little). Bring a pen.
