Updated 9/21/2019 - My son Harrison and I visited the cache today and loaded it up with tons of stuff, including 4 trackables. The cache was pretty bare, remember, if you take something, leave something. It’s part of the fun. LLAP
This is the first cache that my Son and I have placed. We placed it close to home so that we could check on it from time to time. This cache is located down a long service road in the Forest Glen subdivision in New Windsor NY. My son and I found one of our first caches in the area. You can search for Oguk's Tower Treasure (GC1583R) when you go look for ours. You actually have to pass the cell tower mentioned in Oguk's description to find our cache. It is a nice walk and you can drive to the entrance of the service road and park on the street and then it's a pleasant walk up the service road. No parking on the service road itself please. This cache has a log book and a number of trinkets my son and I collected from around the house. My Son is 6, so if you have any little cachers, bring them along - it's an easy walk for them.
