Geocache Description:


What a place! Came up to this site and ran into a angry herd of wild boars. They had tusks as big as a sabers tooth dripping with drool, eyes as red as the Devils. We whipped our packs off and dropped into our Gladiator battle position using the packs as our shields and our massive knives at the ready. A couple charges by the enemy, we held steady then advanced, and they knew we meant business. They grudgingly bowed their heads in defeat and wandered away.
We basked in our glory for some time surveying the property. Yet another cool spot where you can feel the History and try to imagine what it would have been like to of had a homestead here in the middle of nowhere. As Bart Millard of Mercy Me sings, I can only imagine.
We started down the trail, not 300 yards down the trail did we came upon a bear. Evidently he saw our battle and wanted nothing to do with team Cal-Rooks and took off immediately only leaving us a 3 toed print, check out the picture.

Cal, thank you for your back up from both me and my Geofrau!
You are an honorable lad!
Dont think the pigs would have been detoured so easily without our AWESOME battle formation!!
