This is a Fire Department Cache.
This is a Spotlight on a local Fire Department.
This Department was started in 1995 when Delaware twp and Sherwood village fire Department split.
Delaware Twp Fire and Rescue Runs both Fire and Rescue and Covers a area of Roughly 35 Square miles for Ems and for Fire Protection. We Run 2 Squads, 2 Engines, 2 Tankers, 1 Heavy Rescue, and 1 Light duty brush truck. We average about 200 EMS Runs a year and 125 or a little bit more Fire Runs.
We Run Mutual Aid with Ney (Washington Twp), Village of Sherwood, Farmer Twp, Noble Twp and on rare occasions, Defiance City.
This Cache is a Ammo Box that has been camouflaged. It is pretty well hidden but very easy to find.
I have stocked this container with some good swag and goodies.
Please be aware if there is a lot of vehicles at the station that we are out on a run and don’t go get this cache.
