There are many available parking areas for the cache. They are in 2 different towns and 3 different roads but all will get you there.
No matter what we do or who we do it with, or how the weather is outside or even the time of the day, there are always special people out there that have the ability to put a smile on our faces and make the time one to remember and hold close to our hearts.
The friends of the kingdom series of caches is meant to thank those friends of our royal family in a way that shares our experiences with the rest of the remarkable caching community. There are dedicated caches for milestones and for significant family events, but this series is simply an effort to thank those special people out there that have made caching even more special to us.
The second in our series of special caches for special people is dedicated to a wonderful team that has provided guidance and encouragement and has always been available with a helping hand whenever asked.
The HAVEROODS have been true friends to our family (and I am very sure to the rest of the community as well). We have had our share of mis-steps as we learned the written and unwritten rules of the road as we tried hiding our first caches. Overwhelmed by all the little things to consider, the wonderful Haverhill ROOS were always available to consult with and provide guidance based on their experiences. Their support and kind words will never be forgotten and will certainly always be appreciated. The local wallabies are family focused and appreciate the wholesome values caching can instill in our little queens.
My kids always smile when reading the logs of the HAVEROODS who always make it a point to show their appreciation to other cachers. They always wear their hearts on their sleeves and are always willing to provide their opinion which they are very open with….and always close with “BUT THAT’S ONLY OUR HUMBLE OPINION”
While searching for some caches within the kingdom, they have even graced our courtyard with their personal transport device, which was a welcome sign of their presence. They made it a point to say hello to my girls and are always willing to get down to their level (kinda seemed easy for Don…hmmmmm….not sure what that means). They are a joy to chat with and share stories from the trails. Whenever they drive passed our palace they always throw a wave. Although not always seen, their positive energies are always felt.
The HAVEROODS are truly a friend of Derry’s Enchanted Kingdom and the royal family that resides within. They are very welcome additions to our extended family and when the ROOS smile the world is a happier place. We are honored to call them friends and humbled at all their successes.

Since the ROOS believe in wholesome family values and never back down from a challenge, we have set this cache up to throw the time back to pre-computer age and forget about video games. In order to solve this cache you will need to find one of the jigsaw puzzles floating around the area. Each puzzle has a trackable tag so you can take credit for that as well. We certainly stole this great idea from the YOU WILL NEED A BUG CACHE which we found enjoyable. Since each puzzle needs to be passed from person to person instead of in the caches we all find, you will also have to get out there and meet some of the great people that share your love of the hunt.
