Geocache Description:

This is located near the CAP canal. The terrain can be moderately difficult if you choose the route with loose rocks. There is also a trail that you can follow that is a easier to walk but a longer distance.

The CAP in CAP-sule is for Central Arizona Project. The Central Arizona Project is the largest and most expensive water transfer system ever constructed in the United States. This is a fairly controversial project that was executed by Lyndon B. Johnson back in 1968. It transports water 336 miles from Lake Havasu to central and southern Arizona.
Without this water many of us would not be able to live in the Phoenix metroplex. We will leave the decision of whether this was a good idea or a bad idea up to you...

The cache is not your typical micro (bison) tube. The contents contain a free starbucks drink coupon for the FTF, as well as a AZSOONER coin and a log. Please bring your own writing stick.

It is probably best to park near the skate park and walk down. It is located just off a trail that is frequented by runners.

No additional hints will be needed. Its not that clever.
