This would be a 1 for terrain, but the height might be tricky.
This is a small tube with a log scroll and a few small items, not too much room for trade items. I put a few personal nickles in it. Watch out for the muggles as the area is highly used and cars zip by as well as rigs. This is not accessible by I84, use the Maybrook exit or back roads.
