Cache is located along Sloway Frontage Road, also known as Old Highway 10.
Sloway Frontage Road is accessable from Interstate 90 exits 37 and 43. You can be E or W bound, take whichever exit you come to first, find this cache and others placed nearby, and return to the interstate at the next exit. This particular cache is closer to exit 43 if you don't have to time to seek out the other caches between the two exits.
