För ett tag informerade jag dig om att allt inte verkade stå rätt till med din cache och bad dig ta reda på hur det stod till och åtgärda eventuella problem. Då det inte syns några tecken på att du gjort det kommer jag nu att arkivera din cache. Geocache Description:


I över 200 år stod Raus mölla på sin upphöjda plats invid Rausvägen. Den byggdes 1767 och revs inte förrän 1973, ändå verkar det finnas väldigt lite kunskap och historier om den. Man vet i alla fall att kullen användes som rastplats av Rååborna på väg till eller från kyrkan längre upp i Raus. Förmodligen satt man här med uppdukat kaffe och tillbehör medan hästarna fick vila, man såg ut över sundet och avnjöt den tidens mer humana och stressbefriade tempo.
På kullen finns idag bara en utmarkering av var möllan stod. Här finns också ett litet "hus", och med tanke på läget och utsikten skulle nog dom 3 kvadratmeterna ändå tinga ett hyffsat pris! =)
Var uppmärksamma på trafiken när ni svänger av eller kör ut på Rausvägen. Man har dålig sikt över kullen i öster!
For over 200 years "Raus mölla" stood at its elevated position beside the road "Rausvägen". It was build in 1767 and wasn't torn down until 1973. Yet there seems to be not much knowledge or stories about it. One thing we know is that the ridge were used as a stop for resting by the vilagers down in Råå on there way back from or to the church further up in Raus. Presumably they sat there drinking coffe while leting the horse get a rest as well. Probably they were looking out over the sound and the coastline of denmark enjoying the more humane and less stressfull life of there times.
Today there only is a mark showing us where the mill was standing. There also is a "house" and considering the location the 3 squaremeters of the house whould probably yet bring a great deal of money! =)
Be carefull when you make the turn on or of the big road. The line of sigth is seriously redused by the ridge to the east!
