Geocache Description:

Jordan's Birthday cache.

When my son woke up this morning (21st March) we all wished him a Happy Birthday. Jordan couldn't wait to open the presents.
I could see his eyes quiver with the anticipation as each bit of the wrapping ripped away. Hands scurrying to grab the next piece. His face was a glow and eyes wide with delight as he recognised the cover of the new Xbox game he was wanting. Quickly he fumbled to open the case up for that all exciting first glance of the game itself. This time, however, his face fell into something somewhere between puzzlement and disbelief.
The game wasn't there! An empty slot were the shiny disc should be. I've never seen someone look so upset. I felt terrible. I even felt like telling him right there and then that the disc was hiding in a cache created specially for his birthday. I almost told him then how I waited until 2.30am to sneak out and hide it in the area where we were planning our geocache hunt today.
But I didn't! Oh no. Instead I told him we'd go back to the shop the next day and get it sorted out. And the fibs were all worth it. His face was a picture of excitement and amazement when he put his hands on the first cache of the day and saw the message on top:
Happy Birthday Jordan
and even more so when he discovered the game inside.

This cache is now open to all cachers. There is no real parking near by with the only option being the car park at the start of the hill trail. However there is a big passing place pretty much next to the site and can be used for a quick cache and dash. I also grabbed "To Fruechie Den" while I was parked here to save the long walk from Fruechie (which is a great route if you are not after a C+D).

The container is a regular lock and lock tub with plenty space for some good swaps.

Congratulations to Allieballie on being First To Find.
