Windborne: Okay, so it was stolen and replaced, but I received a few emails from people complaining about problems with the area that I was unaware of when I placed the cache. After more comments from the weekend, I went out again today to see for myself. There is indeed some profane writing near the cache, and the second cache has been stolen and replaced with a very vulgar note. Stolen twice and a possible nearby bad element means I have no choice but to archive this cache.
