Ammo Box
This LetterBox cache is located on Rt. 619 in Lee County. The road name is LoveLady Gap. We thought the name was appropriate for a cache especially since it would be the first Letterbox in Lee County. There is plenty of parking on the opposite side of the road for the little hike to the cache. The terrain is rated 2.5 due to the hill at the beginning of the make shift trail – could be slippery if wet. The difficulty rating is 2 due to possible tree cover in the summer time. The coordinates were taken with an average of 50 readings. This is a LETTERBOX HYBRID. Inside the container is a stamp to stamp YOUR log book. If you have a stamp please stamp my log. Sign the log as usual. Do not remove my stamp! I have included some index cards so each cacher can stamp a card (with the stamp in the box) to take with them just incase they didn't have their own log book. Please seal everything back tightly in order to keep the moisture out.
