Geocache Description:

Located a short walk from winchester city center the cache is large enough for Geocoins.

Wheelchair users, depending on the nature of their disability may require a limited amount of help.

Parking is restricted to permit holders only 08:00 - 22:00 Mon to Sat.

At the end of the road you can see the entrence gate to the inner Cathedral Close, almost next to this is the Kingsgate one of the 5 entrances to the walled city.

I have given a 1.5 rateing as it is difficult to get an accurate GPS reading.

If you are planning to do GC1P22Q (a short walk) I suggest walking from the city center through the Cathedral Close and then through the kingsgate to GC1P22Q and back along the river into the city center.
