Geocache Description:

We followed the canal path to "Castle cutting bridge 30" on the Shropshire Union canal to reach GZ. Looks as if there could also be lane access near by as shown on Google Earth / Maps.

When you reach the Alien you do NOT need to gain access to it's body to find the cache!

No one would have believed human affairs were being closely watched by a greater intelligence.
Yet, across the gulf of space on the planet Mars, intellects vast and unsympathetic regarded our Earth enviously, slowly and surely drawing their plans against us.

Yes the Tripods did land on earth and if you are brave enough you can see for yourself one of the aliens that did not get destroyed.

Good luck!
