This is a muggle rich environment with lots of people bicycling, running, walking, and dog walking. In the winter, the trail can be used for cross country skiing and snowmobiling.
This cache is located along the Eisenbahn Trail. Eisenbahn is the German word for railroad which is apropos because this trail, which stretches for 25 miles from Eden, through Campbellsport, Kewaskum and West Bend is a former railroad corridor.
Cache is available in winter, but not winter friendly. Please park at listed coords as any shortcut access would be over private property.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Kettle Moraine-Northern Unit of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
