Exit...House Left Traditional Cache
mlscls: Looks like this ones also missing so I'm going to archive it. This was a tough one so congrats to those that found it.

Searching for this cache might make you feel like you're on stage. There are always muggles around...walking, talking, eating lunch, hanging out, playing in the water fountain, sunbathing or just being people watchers. There are also plenty of muggles in their offices, possibly watching out their windows at you. EXTREME STEALTH IS NEEDED ON THIS CACHE!!
Along with muggles being a problem when searching, so will satellite reception among all the tall buildings. I took 4 seperate readings at this location, letting my gpsr average for atleast 30-80 times on each reading. I also used Google Earth to help fine tune the location.
Posted hours are 6 AM to 10PM, so please only search during this time.
