This stand of pine trees close to the Karori wildlife sanctuary is what I always imaged the enchanted place that Christopher Robin went to might be like.
The Hundred Aker Wood is the fictional land inhabited by Winnie-the-Pooh and his friends in the Winnie-the-Pooh series of children's stories by author A.A. Milne.
The Hundred Aker Wood is based on an actual forest - Ashdown Forest in East Sussex, England.
The cache is a small log only container, please bring your own pen or pencil.
Please ensure that you re-hide the cache exactly as you find it.
Watch out for mountain bikers while you make your way along the trail
If you using public transport a route 20 bus from Courtenay Place or Wellington railway station to the Highbury Terminous will get you close to a good starting point.
