badlands: Stopped by for a wellness check. The tree was down and the cache was gone. There is now a homeless camp in the area so I'm not going to replace. Thanks to everyone who visited.

Crossing the railroad tracks is not required and is not advisable. Access to the east side of the island is via an underpass at the the south end of the island
