La Plaza Noruega is a popular meeting place for scandinavian mountain hikers living on Gran Canaria or only having holidays there. The place was until 1989 a dumping area. From then some norwegians borrowed the area to make a resting place with palms and benches. The Mogan council was very satisfied with the project and donated the place to the Norwegian Club in 2003. It is now maintained by members of the Norwegian Club.
To find the cache you must be prepared for a walking tour. There are many starting points you can use. I think the easiest is on the hill between the two Puerto Rico valleys, just after the cache GC1HQMJ. And on your way you can even look for GC1N9HV.
