As stated, this cache is between a Park and a Park… but there is no place to park near the cache because of the No Parking signs, so you will have to either park near the Park below the cache or park near the Park above the cache.
There are lots of muggles by the cache. Some of them live near the cache but they can park in their garage. Some other muggles can be seen either driving from one park to the other park or joggers and walkers jogging and walking from one park to the other park. So you can park by either park but make sure you read the hint so you can grab the cache and get back to where ever you parked before you get caught by the muggles. (Oh, how embarrassing it would be to be LTF (last to find) !!!) Once logged then you should quickly return to your car either back up to the Park where you parked or back down to the Park where you parked. This should be an easy one!
