San Cuplaratoga Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Krypton: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

Somewhere inbetween...

One of these strange but somehow fascinating places right in the middle of one of the most densely populated metropolitan areas in the world but the spot seems somehow off-limits. Not very romantic, but strangely interesting inbetween. Speaking of which- can you tell which city you are in?

We moved to this area a couple of years ago but even long-time residents are sometimes unable to tell in which city they are in at a given point. As mentioned- somewhere inbetween!

Original content:
- Sheet of Pirate Stickers
- Two small airplanes that actually fly
- coins
- seashell
- ball
- Micro SD card 128MB
- Spider man game
- pen and log book

and a whole bunch of other cool stuff that we can not remember right now.

One more note about this cache- this is our first hide, but the sixth attempt! We have been hiking high and far, trying hides in urban and desolate areas.. just to find our hides to be too close to final stage of multi-stage invisible caches, or on the other side of a river and unpenetrable apartment complex but too close to another one.. long story short this one has been traveling with us a long way, and it's been sitting out in the California winter before even becoming an official geocache! This little box has traveled with us and we hope this becomes its final resting point- but you never know!
