NOTE: The cache is in the city park. When you find the cache it can not be removed from it's location so just unscrew the lid...Thanks

Texas HydroPark was the first completed HydroPark, and opened on October 8th, 2006. Located in the Multnomah neighborhood. Bordered by majestic cedar and fir trees, Texas HydroPark embraces neighbors and transports them to an environment rich in tranquility.

To create Portland's first "HydroPark," a cyclone fence that had kept neighbors out of this public property was removed and several site improvements were made with the input of community members. This small pocket park is now a park where neighbors can stroll with a leashed dog or relax amongst the native plants on a bench.

This cache can almost be considered an in your face cache, its hiden but not, extream stealth is required as this is a neighborhood park with not alot of cover...
