This is now the third cache site for CDLC, since the demise of the previous two. If this one gets muggled, there is definitely no hope!
Suggested parking for this cache is at N51° 35.808 W001° 45.051 (roadside parking for two cars), although alternative parking is possible in Stanton Park (currently free).
In part, the route of this cache will take you along the old Swindon to Highworth Light Railway. The remains of the old line are becoming less prominent nowadays sadly, although as a lad I used to walk along it with my grandad, when the rails were still in place. I also used to go conkering in the grounds of the Crematorium (much to the annoyance of the park keeper!)
Please be aware that if you park in the park, make a note of when the gates close.
