Geocache Description:

The first in a series of paddling caches on the Pocaty River.

This series of caches will take you on a 4 mile round trip on the scenic Pocaty River. This is my favorite area to paddle in Virginia Beach. The final cache is near an observation deck that overlooks the Pocaty River and the North Landing River.

The cache cannot be accessed from land and there should be no need to leave your boat to retrieve the cache.
