Geocache Description:

Pound Wood is located opposite Tile Wood in the Benfleet area. It is used by dog walkers, horse riders and cyclists and has some pleasant pathways to follow. It can get a little muddy during the wet months but seems to dry out quickly.

There is some wildlife within the wood but you need to keep your eyes peeled as it doesn't seem to want to show itself very much.

The cache is a small plastic container with note book and pen and some small bits to swop which were chosen by my daughter. This is our first cache so enjoy the hunt.
