Geocache Description:

Cache Fusio Nr. 82 von Hlw

Fusio ist das hinterste Dorf im Maggiatal, es ist noch durch ca. 60 Einwohner ganzjährig bewohnt.
Das Tal weist eine ganz eigenartige Gesteinsart auf. Zuckerweisser Marmor, von hoher Qualität, versteckt sich hier. Die Kirche in Mogno wurde aus diesem Marmor und Granit durch den Architekten Mario Botta erbaut.
Schaut euch das Dorf an und findet bei N46 26.613 E8 39.790 den PET-Rohling.

Fusio è l’ultimo paese della Valmaggia: attualmente conta ancora una sessantina di abitanti che vi risiedono tutto l’anno.
In valle si trova una roccia molto particolare: vi si nasconde un marmo bianchissimo e di alta qualità. La chiesa di Mogno, progettata dall’architetto Mario Botta, è stata costruita proprio con questo marmo e con del granito.
Ammirate il paese e cercate un cache in PET alle coordinate N46 26.613 E8 39.790.
