A straightforward cache in an area with great views, and two pubs nearby! The cache is a 6" cannister containing a log book and pen, and is big enough for geocoins and small trackable items.
The cache is accessible by car, cycle, foot and even canoe (although you will have to get out for the final 2 metres!)
The terrain is flat and so is suitable for all geocachers, although please keep an eye on children as the cache is close to the river! The cache is wheelchair accessible, in that the ground is completely flat to right in front of the cache, but please be aware that the cache is placed high up.
There are great views of Kelston Round Hill from the cache, and would make an ideal stop for a drink or picnic. There are two pubs nearby in Saltford: The Jolly Sailor, and The Bird in the Hand.
Please be mindful of Muggles when obtaining the cache, and please make sure that the cache is 'tucked to the left' to avoid it being obviously visible. Many thanks!
