This should be a fairly easy cache. It's on city property with permission. You can't drive right up to the cache but parking is close. No need to leave the sidewalk. If you come Monday through Friday you will have to be aware of muggles. There will be people there conducting business so please be respectful of this. Please put it back exactly the way you found it and then double check. Permission from the property owner has been granted for the placement of this cache and the hiding method. This geocache CAN NOT be looked for after dark due to security reasons at the location. Anyone caught looking for or finding the geocache after dark will have to suffer the consequences and we will not be responsible for whatever action is taken. Groundspeak has granted a proximity exception.
