Rev. William Casey, whose pastorate lasted 43yrs, arrived in 1824 and is remembered for having built the Church as it now stands. This church was first blessed for use on 3rd July 1832.
This info is taken from “The Marn’ull Book” This book covers a much larger area than just Marnhull but is probably out of print now. ASIN B0000CIB4B
Whilst there, you can get the info for one of our other caches, Stour Valley Way no1 (GC1AKR6) This is a good parking point for both caches.
Please replace the cache exactly where you found it.You will need to bring your own pen or pencil as there isn't one in the cache.
If any body would like to expand to this series please do, I would just ask that you could let Sadexploration know first so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names to avoid duplication
