Kelinore: I am not caching nearly as much, and am not going to be able to maintain this.

For all those who wondered..... The cache was a "duct tape pouch" under the lip of the boat dock - not the water side, but the concrete side. No need to put hand in water, etc. . Cache is archived, if you find it - your log will be deleted.
Thanks to all those who looked. I am thinning out caches.

Geocache Description:

Fresh off the boat to Kelleys Island, most people are a bit nauseous. This cache is my 1st cache placed on K.I. and will be the 1st of many trips up here this summer

This cache is placed within walking distance when you get off the boat.

This cache contains no pen, and is too small to accept any items. Once found - PLEASE put it back exactly as found to keep the integrity of the cache's difficulty intact. I took 10 readings and averaged them out to come up with these coordinates.
