Located within a short distance of the Castlegar and District
Recreation Center. To avoid illegal crossing of the rail road
tracks, it is necessary to drive, or walk, approximately 1 km south
of the Recreation Center on 6th Avenue, turn left on 24th St. and
left again on 5th Ave. Park at N 49 17.269 W 117 38.886. The
terrain is mostly level and follows a well established path. TO
AVOID HILLSIDE DESTRUCTION, PLEASE STICK TO THIS ESTABLISHED PATH.
If you have been watching, or playing, hockey, broomball, lacrosse,
soccer, softball, tennis, football or swimming and are now "between
games", then this is the cache for you. The cache contains a log
book and pencil, the usual small trading items and a little bear
country something for the FTF.
