This cache is located in plain sight at the Carroll County Airport (4M1). The county owns and operates this airport, and welcomes visitors. In the lounge, which is open 24/7, is a free high-speed computer with free wi-fi, restrooms, coffee, and a vending machine. The Airport Manager, Perry Evans, is at the airport M-F, and is a good source of airport happenings. All kinds of people pass thru or stop by and hang out; some even snatch a plane ride. It's all in the timing-one Friday a month there is free lunch served. The cache is hidden outside the fence in the public parking lot. No climbing, crawling, or long walks; but is not what it seems to be. Cache contains 2 tape measures, 2 money clips, feeler gauge, round toit, Mardi Gras coin. First three to find can claim free recording rain gauge.
