Located in the center of Old Town. Terrain is a 1.5 because it couldn't be reached from a wheel chair, however it is on flat concrete. Should be a pretty easy find!
This cache is what remains of "Southern Express." Cache is placed within fairly close distance of it's original location. Ohs2gmu and myself took over this cache container for obxfshr. Southern Express was disabled for a while, and we came across it while looking for a letterbox, it was placed six inches away from the letter box, but about 20 feet from it's original location. Please bring your own writing utensil, as the cache only has room for a log book!
