GOING TO CHECK THIS ONE OUT MIGHT NOT BE THERE ANYMORE
This is a spinoff of the great Canadian TV show, Red Green. You can never use enough Duck Tape to hold things together. Not sure how much you have to use to keep water in, but we will see. Careful there may be muggles fishing along the way.

Be careful where you park; this is not a drive by cache, but may require you to walk.
