"An Ornery Little Cache"
While I was walking along this road, I remembered how ornery I was, sometimes, when I was younger. I remembered being on a Cub Scout camp out, here at Boiling Springs, and how a group of ornery, little boys thought they could make a nice fishing hole if we dammed up this clear, little creek. Where would be a better place than where this creek flows under the road! So away we went working on our dam! We threw everything we could find, in the creek, to stop the flow of water! We were laughing and having a great time until some of the leaders walked up on us and saw what we were doing! Needless to say, the construction quit and the clean up started! So now you know why I had to place this "Ornery Little Cache".
