Geocache Description:

Slippery Rock Cemetery

This cache is placed in honor of my brother-Steve. He died in April 2001 at age 23 from a pulmonary embolism (blood clot). He worked at Giant Eagle for many years during college at SRU. He was awarded a special graduation with honors from the college as he died in his last semester. His nickname at Giant Eagle was Stevearoonie. He now rests up here with a clear view of Giant Eagle for eternity! If you stop down there-his picture is on the wall next to customer service. My brother's grave is at N41 04.289 W080 02.887. I didn't want to hide the cache at his gravestone and chose to stay along the edge of the property. There is one gravestone in the area but far enough away from ground zero. Cache is near a storage building. Cache is a small camo container. Please rehide well and bring your own writing instrument. Please be respectful and attempt this one during daylight hours only. Thank you.
