This cache is a tribute to a famous Oakvillian. In 1996
this person became a member of a very select group of Canadians.
Your mission – should you accept it – is to identify this person
and some of the other members of this elite group from the photos
provided below. This person is too famous for me to have included a
picture so you will have to identify the others, deduce what they
have in common, and then the name of our famous individual.
Once you have identified each person you must then find out how
long it took them to join this group. Please note that 2 of the
individuals (including our Oakvillian) enjoyed doing this so much
that they qualified for the group in 2 different ways. In each of
these 2 cases, just concern yourself with the shortest length of
time.
Then use the codes provided to calculate the final coordinates
of the cache which is at
