This cache will be more difficult at popular times of the year with tourists and surfers and even the locals. On some days it could easily be a Degree of Difficulty 5, but much of other parts of the year you will find you are here by yourself. Please rehide it carefully.
This caches was placed earlier by DJCACHE since then a lot has changed I had been looking for it for a while and hadn't found it Then it came up for maintenance and so i adopted it... This Cache overlooks what is now the new breakwater....i say new because the old ramp was situated just a few metres from the rocks and i used to paddle around them to surf the breaks not so now the new breakwater has stopped that the old ramp was only 8 foot wide and 24 feet long in the old scale and often on rough days you couldnt use this ramp and often silted up keep your eyes out tho the cats still line up to come into Bastion Point and put on a rather impressive show when they do come in to the breakwater ramp if i can find one i will happily post an old pic of the old ramp Enjoy the pleasures of this cache and enjoy the view ***FTF*** sapphcoast***
