A tricky little micro at Market Street shopping center.
The civil engineering and surveying company I work for did all the preliminary surveying, site planning, and a lot of construction staking associated with building this new development. It's been a few years in the making, but I think all the hard work has definitely paid off.
Stage 2 of this micro is a standard hide a key with a log only, so be sure to bring a pen. Stage 1 is the trick to this one and I think I've made it pretty tough, but you guys may prove me wrong. I'll go ahead and give you a couple of clues because the hint below will pretty much give it away once it's decrypted. It is not small, and it is not hidden. It's just camo'd well. So give it a shot and see if you can find it and if not then use my clues and if you still can't find it then decrypt the hint and you should be able to find it no problem.
Stage 1 Clue:
