Geocache Description:


Were you planning on travelling eastbound on Route 2? Perhaps you were planning to go nowhere? Continue onto the path. Keep going.

Do not access cache from Route 2. There is a great spot for parking and easy access on Camp Moween Road. Park at coordinates: N41 33.960 W072 13.889.

This geocache is established to honor Pease AFB, NH. This was a former Air Force installation. I left an Air Force geocoin as a reward for the FTF. This Air Force geocoin is a tribute to those who were stationed at Pease AFB, NH. The primary mission is to travel to or near Air Force installations (current and former) and return to Southeastern Connecticut gathering photos along the journey (especially related to the Air Force). Off we go into the wild blue yonder!
