Nestled out at Mud Bishops Reserve in Old Bar, make sure you take the time to look out over the sand flats and perhaps even go for a fish. For those not piscatorially inclined there is plenty of bird life to keep you entertained. In particular keep your eye out for the elusive "Beach Stone Curlew" that is a visitor to these flats. The sandspit to the east is also a nesting ground for the Little Terns taht have had a bumper breeding season in 2008. The area also offers some nice walks through the adjacent reserve.
