Mendel's Peas were instrumental in determining the nature of inheritance: he originally thought crossing a tall and a dwarf pea plant would produce a medium pea plant. Oh, how wrong that turned out. As a consequence, the concept of dominance and recessiveness arose. Brilliant! An intellectual GIANT! You might need to replicate that feat for this cache.
