This cache is a simple matchstick sized container hanging OUTSIDE the fenced dog park area at Robert Tremain State Park.
This isn't supposed to be tricky, and since it is OUTSIDE the fence you will have no trouble getting to the location or retrieving the container. Keep in mind though, that even though it is outside the fence, frolicking dogs and their muggle owners will often be within FEET of you! That shouldn't be an issue though unless you do not like to be near dogs........say WHAT!?!
