The cache is located just off the Millbank footpath in Earlston. The terrain is unsuitable for buggies and wheelchairs due to the number of steps which are at the start of the footpath.
A 2L (now replaced with a 350ml container) plastic clip and seal type container with plenty of space for swaps and travel bugs. The cache is hidden near the beginning of a popular footpath which was openned in 2007. Beware of muggle activity as the footpath is popular with dog-walkers. The footpath can be followed on to complete a full circular route through the countryside (approx 2 miles) or the cache can be done as a quick cache-and-dash.
This is our first attempt at hiding a cache, and allows us to complete our navigator badges, we hope you enjoy it.
Initial contents include a pen, notepad, selection of toys and small gifts. There is plenty of room for more...
