Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the listed coordinates. To find this cache, you must first solve the puzzle.

Bells are one of humankind's most ancient instruments—some Chinese examples date back more than 3500 years. You'll find bells in many shapes, sizes, and forms, and there are just about as many ways to ring them. The English developed their own style back in the 17th century, called change ringing. They must also have developed a good sense of humor over the centuries, judging by the names of towns & villages:

Long Itchington
Dorking - Helions Bumpstead
Blubberhouses
High Offley
Frithelstock - Dummer
Upton Snodsbury - Ickleford
Frisby on the Wreake
Ugglebarnby - Irby upon Humber
Pidley + Diddlebury
Nether Wallop - Beercrocombe
Martyr Worthy
Weston under Lizard
Scrooby - Bugthorpe
Giggleswick in Craven
Nempnett Thrubwell

As of 5/5/23, I had to make a slight change to the puzzle due to changes in England; puzzle solution/coordinates have not changed.

The puzzle solution will take you to the first stage of a multi-cache—a woodland walk of about 1.2 miles total. Keep your eyes open and something may strike you along the way.

For parking, add .007 to the north and .185 to the west.

You can check your answers for this puzzle on Geochecker.com.

Ta, BR95, for help checking coordinates under all those trees and more.
